How we do it

We start by clarifying your objectives—be it recognizing top performers, promoting team unity, or exploring new cultural perspectives. With that in mind, we develop a carefully curated itinerary, leveraging our network of thought leaders, local experts, and hidden venues.

Our team handles every detail, from venue selection to orchestrating memorable interactions in art, architecture, gastronomy, or beyond. By merging strategic planning with immersive experiences, we create incentive trips that spark motivation and strengthen organizational connections.

Recent projects

Pavillion Nordico

We have created and executed a number of residencies around
the world. Through our interdisciplinary, research-based and people-focused process, we do a deep dive into the region, meet, and talk to, as many people as possible, read about its culture and history, thereby isolating a number of themes, which we then activate and rejuvenate through residency programs, where we bring in outside resources to work with and collaborate with local practitioners and experts.

We share these new products, services or works of art with the rest of the world through relevant media, exhibitions and at trade shows, making sure that we create lasting and sustainable impact on the regions we work with.

Group of lawyers in Stockholm

A team of maritime law experts sought an engaging, theme-focused program in Stockholm. We secured a backstage tour of the Vasa Museum led by its Research Director, arranged a yacht cruise through the Stockholm Archipelago with expert commentary, and hosted guided excursions on Sweden’s naval history.

Between world-class dining and insider perspectives, participants left with fresh insights into their field—and an unforgettable look at Stockholm’s maritime heritage.

Architects in Berlin

A thriving architecture firm wanted to mark a milestone with fresh inspiration—without traveling too far. We curated a three-day program in Berlin featuring private visits to renowned studios and an architectural photography exhibition introduced by its creator. A bike tour of the reinvented Gleisdreieck area offered a firsthand view of modern urban transformation.

The trip concluded with a celebratory dinner in Bauhaus architect Marcel Breuer’s former home, catered by a Korean-Japanese chef trained in Kyoto. The result was an immersive cultural journey that sparked new ideas and relationships.

Family office in Denmark

For a notable European family office, we combined an annual general assembly with an in-depth exploration of Copenhagen’s urban evolution. Guided by a former Lord Mayor, they sailed the harbor, held private meetings in exclusive venues, and enjoyed a dinner in the boardroom of a world-renowned architecture firm, catered by a top local chef.

The younger generation then took a seaplane to a secluded manor house for three days of team-building activities and shared experiences. By balancing business with recreation, we strengthened both the family’s working dynamics and its appreciation for Denmark’s innovative culture.

Explorations for cultural institutions

World-class museums and cultural organizations depend on us for behind-the-scenes journeys across Europe. We arrange intimate access to archives and conservation labs, coordinate private receptions in historically significant venues, and facilitate dialogues with leading cultural figures.

This approach ensures board members, patrons, and leadership teams gain profound insights while forming lasting partnerships that further each institution’s mission.
